New Team Vicar – Ashdon & Hadstock

'We are delighted that God has called the Revd Romey Poston to be our new priest at Ashdon and Hadstock. Romey comes to us from Oxford Diocese where she has served as the curate in the Langtree Ministry Team. She will move in the summer and be licensed in early September (date to be announced soon). Romey comes with a huge passion for ministry and pastoral care as well as extensive international experience. She worked as a foreign correspondent in the Indian Subcontinent, before becoming Executive Director of an NGO establishing cross border aid programmes to Afghanistan. Romey later married a senior diplomat and has three grown children. She also has a keen interest in art and history, and loves walking her dog. Please pray for Romey as she leaves her current post to be with us and we look forward to welcoming her.
