All Saints are supporting the work of Prison Fellowship Angel Tree.  Prison Fellowship is a Christian charity which works with prisoners.  One of their initiatives is called Angel Tree which helps to keep families in touch by sending Christmas presents to the children of Prisoners.

To raise awareness/funds we are holding a light lunch in the Parish Rooms on 5 November, 12 noon for 12.30pm as part of our All Saints Day celebrations. For full details see the attached poster.

If you’re interested to find out more about Angel Tree and how it works, please ask Sarah Nicholas or look at their website https://prisonfellowship.org.uk/our-work/angel-tree/

Prison Fellowship Cambridge will be sending about100 presents this year for the children of prisoners at Littlehey Prison (near Huntingdon) and Highpoint Prison (near Haverhill). It costs about £20 to buy and send each present.

If you would like to make a donation towards the gifts, please see the poster on the back of the church door and pick up a donation envelope.  Cheques (payable to PCC Ashdon)  can be given to one of the Church Wardens or to Sarah .  If you wish to pay by BACS, and don’t already have them, please contact Sarah (s.nicholas180@gmail.com) for the banking details.

Please reference all BACS  Angeltree.  Donations to be made by 26 November. Thank you.
